When purchasing items from Tanna Kava, customers should have an understanding of the below VKS policies
RETURNS
Our refund policy is simple. If you are unhappy with the product then contact us using the contact us page, then post it back - make sure that less than 50% of the product has been used (otherwise we won't refund) - and we will refund your monies plus the cost of posting it back, once we receive the item. You don't get fairer than that!
GST/VAT/Sales Tax
There is no Sales, GST, VAT or like taxes applied to products purchased through Tanna Kava.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa and Matercard through our merchant proccesor Multicards or via PayPal . For Bulk/wholesale we can supply Bank wire details, feel free to contact us if this applies to you.
ORDERS
Payment must be received via our Multicards credit card processing interface or via the Paypal interface before the goods are dispatched. Goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment, unless other wise notified.
BUYING HERBAL PRODUCTS AND KAVA VARIATION
When buying Kava and other herbal products, the customer must understand that herbal products have varying effects on different people. Even Vanuatu kava as strong a legal herbal supplement as there is, some people don't get the same effect as other people, in fact first time users sometimes get very little effect. The opposite also applies, so if you are a first time user of one of our products, then please sample a small amount first to gauge the strength of it.
